Quality control and functional test setups
Because high-tech production lines often come down to hundredths or thousandths of a millimetre, strict quality control is essential throughout the entire process.
Design phase: During the initial phase, we focus on setting up the overall concept and designing both the mechanics and the control system.
Testing phase: In High Tech Alliance's workshop, our test engineers build functional test setups to validate performance.
Assembly: Final assembly and mechanical fine-tuning then take place.
This integrated approach enables us to carry out the complete development process with maximum control over the final quality and lead time.
