At High Tech Alliance, we don't simply build what's asked for — we look together with you at what's really needed to optimise your production process. From the very first brainstorm through to turnkey delivery and aftercare: we take the entire process off your hands.
Our approach in 5 phases
01. Consultancy & The Innovation Check
A successful project starts well before the drawing board. During the preparatory phase, we dive deep into your current business and production processes to uncover opportunities for improving returns, quality or speed.
Together, we go through our Innovation Check to identify where the biggest gains can be made. Once the potential is clear, we draw up a clear business case , so that very early in the process you know exactly what the investment costs are, what it delivers, and what the payback period (ROI) is.
02. Brainstorming & Concept Development
With the challenge sharply defined, our creative technical team kicks off a focused brainstorming session. Because we stand outside your day-to-day operations, we look at your challenge with fresh eyes to break existing patterns.
We assess the best ideas for feasibility and develop them into a realistic machine or product concept. This concept forms the foundation for the rest of the project and demonstrates whether the proposed innovation is economically viable.
03. Pre-Engineering & Virtual Validation
During the development phase, we refine the concept into a pragmatic and technically realistic design. At High Tech Alliance, the construction of complex production systems and technical products is in the hands of highly qualified engineers.
Using modern 3D CAD design and simulation software, we virtually test and calculate the machine's functionality and mechanical stresses. Where necessary, we build physical test rigs or prototypes to conclusively prove operating principles in advance. This way, we reduce risks to a manageable level.
04. Manufacturing, SCM & Assembly
As soon as the 3D design is finalised, physical realisation begins. High Tech Alliance has its own workshops for the skilled manufacturing of customer-specific components, prototypes and custom machines. Do products or modules need to be manufactured in larger series? Then we deploy our specialised international production network to keep the cost price low and the time-to-market to a minimum.
For high-quality systems, we also have our own flexible production cell (for 24/7 on-demand production with in-line quality control) and a conditioned cleanroom (Class 7) for extremely clean assembly.
05. Testing, Installation & Commissioning (Turnkey Delivery)
Before an installation leaves our workshop, we assemble and integrate all mechatronic components, electronics and software. Our engineers thoroughly test all machine functions.
We then install the machine at your production site. We complete all final connections and commission the machine. Only once we have jointly verified, against the criteria agreed in advance, that the machine performs perfectly in terms of quality and speed, is our work done.
